I got the first few comments on my Movember 2010 mustache today, which means—that’s right—it’s visible! My “‘stache stain” is dirty and thin, but it’s there and it has no choice but to bloom into a full blown mustache of mammoth proportions!

Day 3’s upon us (Unless you’re Marc, who’s in China and living in the future that is Day 4.) and mustaches are currently looking like dirt-stained lips. From a few feet away, you might think I had soot on my hands, scratched under my nose and was doing a spot on impression of Michael Banks. These are the early days of Movember. The rough ones. The silly ones.

It’s Day 2 and mustaches at this point are essentially invisible. In good lighting, you can almost see a shadow of a ‘stache on my upper lip. Hopefully, my Mo Bros can say the same. It’s not easy Mo’ing it up at this point. You either look like you’ve got nothing or you forgot to shave your upper lip. Not ideal… but hey, the final result is well worth it! Hang in there, Mo Bros!
